Nous publions rarement des dessins mais celui-ci mérite une attention toute particulière. Il s'agit d'un projecteur faisant partie intégrante d'Actual Size: Munich Rotary (1971), l'une des deux expositions temporaires consacrées à Michael Heizer qui se tiennent au Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA) jusqu'au 9 septembre prochain. Christian Mayeur, l'auteur de ce dessin, nous livre son expérience très personnelle de cette exposition historique, par l'image mais aussi par les mots (reproduits ci-dessous), une expérience vécue de l'intérieur, au centre de l’œuvre, au beau milieu de l'espace, au cœur du vide.
